How It Works

Depending on the thermocouple type connected, the UT323 measures across ranges as wide as -200C to 1372C (K-type) or 0C to 1767C (R-type), letting one meter serve multiple probe types rather than requiring a dedicated thermometer per thermocouple standard. It supports MAX/MIN/AVG temperature modes, high/low alarms with signal output, 100-point data logging, a USB interface for data transfer, and can run on USB power or a 9V battery.
