The UT208A clamp meter from UNI-T is a 3 3/4-digit True RMS clamp meter measuring up to 1000A AC/DC, part of the UT207/A-UT209/A family of 1000A digital clamp meters.

How It Works

The UT208A samples current 3 times per second with auto or manual range selection, using a dual-integration A/D converter core for stable, accurate readings across its full range. Beyond AC/DC current and voltage, it measures resistance, frequency, temperature, capacitance, and duty cycle, and supports diode and continuity testing. Inrush-current measurement and a zeroing function add extra capability for motor-starting and offset-correction scenarios that basic clamp meters can’t handle.
