The LM320A digital angle meter from UNI-T is a compact electronic protractor for precision angle measurement, replacing a mechanical bevel gauge with digital accuracy and a magnetic base for hands-free mounting.

How It Works

Covering the full 360-degree range at 0.01-degree resolution with ±0.2-degree accuracy, the LM320A can zero to level (absolute mode) or zero at the current position (relative mode) for measuring angle changes rather than absolute tilt. Its two-side magnetic base clamps onto steel surfaces for hands-free use, and unit conversion between degrees, mm/m, and percentage covers both angle and slope-style measurement needs. A rechargeable 3.7V lithium battery with USB-C charging gives about 2 hours of runtime.

Calibration and Use

Check the instrument’s zero on a surface you know to be flat before trusting a critical measurement, and repeat the check by rotating the tool 180 degrees on the same spot. If the two readings differ, the difference is the instrument’s own offset rather than a property of the surface.

Let the tool settle for a moment before reading a digital angle display, because internal sensors need a brief period to stabilize after movement. Keep the reference face clean, as a single grain of debris under the base is enough to shift a precision angle reading by more than the tolerance the job requires.

المعايرة والاستخدام

افحص صفر الجهاز على سطح متأكد إنه مستوي قبل ما تثق في قياس حرج، وكرر الفحص بلف الأداة 180 درجة في نفس المكان. لو القراءتين اختلفوا، الفرق ده إزاحة الجهاز نفسه مش خاصية في السطح.

سيب الأداة تستقر لحظة قبل قراءة شاشة الزاوية الرقمية، لأن الحساسات الداخلية محتاجة فترة قصيرة تستقر فيها بعد الحركة. خلي وش المرجع نضيف، لأن حبة أوساخ واحدة تحت القاعدة كافية تزيح قراءة زاوية دقيقة أكتر من السماحية اللي الشغلانة محتاجاها.
