74374 – How It Works
Same internal logic as the through-hole 74374: data is captured only at the moment the clock transitions low-to-high, with 3-state outputs for bus sharing — just in a smaller footprint suited to automated SMD assembly.
Choose this SMD variant specifically for automated pick-and-place assembly or when board space is at a premium, otherwise it behaves identically to the DIP version.
