UA9637 Dual Differential Line Receiver (Second Listing)

The UA9637 is a Schottky dual differential line receiver IC, the same core function as the DS9637A also in this catalog, designed to satisfy the RS-422/RS-423 standards.

UA9637 – How It Works

Like the DS9637A, its two independent channels can receive either single-ended or differential, unipolar or bipolar transmission signals, with built-in hysteresis for noise immunity and Schottky TTL-compatible outputs running from a single 5V supply.

Being the same core function as the DS9637A also in this catalog, treat it as fully interchangeable when sourcing a replacement for RS-422/RS-423 receiver circuits.
