LM50EX laser distance meter – How It Works

Across 9 measurement modes (single, continuous, max/min, area, volume, Pythagorean, add/subtract, triangle area), it also offers 3 selectable measurement references (front, middle, rear) so you can measure from whichever point of the device actually touches your reference surface. Its IP65 rating and 2-meter drop-test durability mean it can handle a construction site or outdoor job that would risk a standard indoor meter.

Electronic leveling for horizontal and vertical alignment plus 20-group data storage make it a rugged, feature-complete option for field measurement work.
