LF13202 Dual 4-Channel Analog Multiplexer (JFET)

The LF13202 is a dual 4-channel JFET analog multiplexer IC, providing two independent 4-to-1 analog switch sections in one chip.

LF13202 – How It Works

Like the ADG508 also in this catalog but organized as two independent 4-channel sections rather than one 8-channel section, it uses JFET switch technology to route one of four analog inputs through to each output under digital address control, useful when a design needs two separate 4-way analog routing functions in a single package.

Its dual independent 4-channel structure makes it a good fit when a design needs to route two separate groups of sensor signals simultaneously, rather than one large 8-channel group like the ADG508 also in this catalog handles.
