BA6238 2-Channel Reversible Motor Driver (Rohm)

The BA6238 (Rohm) is a monolithic 2-channel reversible motor driver IC, designed to drive small DC brush motors in either direction under logic control.

BA6238 – How It Works

It contains two reversible-motor driver circuits (though not usable simultaneously), with an easily-controllable logic input section compatible with CMOS and other standard logic outputs, plus a torque-control pin that lets the motor drive voltage be adjusted to control how much torque the motor produces under load.

A common historical use for this exact type of chip was driving the tape transport motor (play/rewind/fast-forward direction control) in cassette decks — worth checking in equipment that also uses tape preamplifier chips like the BA3422/BA3423 also in this catalog.

فيها دائرتي تشغيل موتور عكوس (رغم إنهم مش قابلين للاستخدام في نفس الوقت)، ومعاها قسم دخل منطقي سهل التحكم متوافق مع CMOS وخروج منطق قياسي تاني، بالإضافة لرجل تحكم عزم بتسمح بتعديل جهد تشغيل الموتور عشان تتحكم في قد ايه عزم الموتور بيولد تحت الحمل.
