The KSD301 Thermal Switch is a compact, single-pole/ single-throw bimetal snap‑action thermostat with normally closed contacts at room temperature. It opens automatically when reaching the preset trip temperature (40 °C, 60 °C, 90 °C, 100 °C, or 120 °C), and re-closes once cooled below the reset threshold. With its reliable auto-reset behavior and high-current rating, it’s suitable for over-temperature protection in a wide range of appliances and electronics. Features Bimetal Snap‑Action SPST, auto‑reset, normally closed until triggered. Preset operating temperatures: 40 °C, 60 °C, 90 °C, 100 °C, 120 °C. Rated for up to 250 VAC and 10 A resistive load. Low contact resistance (typically ≤ 50 mΩ). High insulation strength: withstands AC 1500 V for one minute; insulation ≥ 100 MΩ at DC 500 V. Durable auto-reset design, rated for ≥100,000 cycles.
