How To Use

First, slide the tube over the lithium battery pack. Second, apply gentle, even heat with a heat gun. Third, keep moving the heat source so the shrink stays even. Welding and Assembly Notes

Match the strip width and thickness to the current the pack will actually deliver, because an undersized strip becomes the hottest point in the whole assembly under load. Wider or doubled strip is the usual answer for high-current packs rather than pushing a thin strip beyond what it can carry.

Clean the cell terminals before welding and test your spot welder settings on scrap strip first, since a weld that looks attached but has not properly fused will fail later under vibration. Insulate around the weld points during assembly, as a bare strip touching a neighbouring cell casing is one of the most common causes of an internal short in a home-built pack.

طريقة الاستخدام

ملاحظات اللحام والتجميع

طابق عرض وسمك الشريحة مع التيار اللي الباك هيوصله فعلاً، لأن شريحة أصغر من اللازم بتبقى أسخن نقطة في التجميعة كلها تحت الحمل. شريحة أعرض أو مزدوجة هي الحل المعتاد للباكات عالية التيار بدل ما تدفع شريحة رفيعة فوق قدرتها.

نضف أطراف الخلايا قبل اللحام واختبر إعدادات ماكينة اللحام على شريحة خردة الأول، لأن لحمة شكلها متوصلة بس ماانصهرتش صح هتفشل بعدين مع الاهتزاز. اعزل حوالين نقط اللحام أثناء التجميع، لأن شريحة عارية بتلمس جسم خلية جنبها من أشهر أسباب القصر الداخلي في باك مصنوع بالبيت.
