GDT-1001 Heat Gun – How It Works

An internal heating element and fan combine to produce a stream of hot air adjustable across roughly 100-480°C, directed through an interchangeable nozzle sized to match the footprint of the component being worked on, from small 4mm nozzles for tiny passive components up to larger nozzles for bigger ICs; because the heat surrounds the whole component rather than touching one point at a time, hot air rework melts every solder joint on a multi-pin SMD part simultaneously, letting the whole component be lifted off or a new one seated evenly in one step. Airflow rate is adjustable alongside temperature, since a delicate 0402-size passive component needs only a gentle 10-20 L/min stream to avoid blowing it off the board, while a larger IC or heatsink needs both higher temperature and stronger airflow (upward of 40-50 L/min) to reach reflow temperature throughout its larger thermal mass. Because hot air work is inherently less precise than a soldering iron tip, shielding nearby components with high-temperature tape or a heat-resistant shield is standard practice to avoid accidentally reflowing solder joints on parts adjacent to the one actually being worked on.

عنصر تسخين ومروحة داخليين بيتجمعوا عشان ينتجوا تيار هواء ساخن قابل للضبط عبر تقريبًا 100-480 درجة مئوية، موجه عبر فوهة قابلة للتبديل مقاسة لتطابق بصمة المكون اللي بيتشتغل عليه، من فوهات 4 مم صغيرة لمكونات سلبية دقيقة لحد فوهات أكبر لـICs أكبر؛ وبما إن الحرارة بتحيط بالمكون كله مش بتلمس نقطة واحدة في المرة، شغل هوت اير بيصهر كل وصلات اللحام على قطعة SMD متعددة الأطراف في نفس الوقت، بيخلي المكون كله يترفع أو واحد جديد يستقر بالتساوي في خطوة واحدة. معدل تدفق الهواء قابل للضبط بجانب الحرارة، لأن مكون سلبي دقيق مقاس 0402 محتاج بس تيار لطيف 10-20 لتر/دقيقة عشان يتجنب نفخه من على اللوحة، بينما IC أكبر أو مبدد حرارة محتاج حرارة أعلى وتدفق هواء أقوى (فوق 40-50 لتر/دقيقة) عشان يوصل لحرارة إعادة الصهر عبر كتلته الحرارية الأكبر. وبما إن شغل الهوت اير أقل دقة بطبيعته من طرف كاوية لحام، حماية المكونات المجاورة بشريط عالي الحرارة أو درع مقاوم للحرارة ممارسة قياسية عشان تتجنب إعادة صهر وصلات لحام على قطع مجاورة للقطعة اللي فعليًا بيتم الشغل عليها.
