The BUZ71 MOSFET is an N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-220 package, rated 50V / 17A with a low 0.085Ω on-resistance, for high-current, high-speed switching applications.

How It Works

The BUZ71 MOSFET uses STripFET planar cell technology to pack a large channel area into a compact TO-220 die, giving it a very low on-resistance of about 0.085Ω — meaning minimal voltage drop and power loss even while carrying up to 17A continuous (68A pulsed).
