The breadboard kit with power supply module bundles two differently-sized breadboards with a small power distribution board, which solves the common early frustration of running out of jumper wires from an Arduino just to get 5V and 3.3V rails onto the breadboard itself.

Breadboard PSU Kit – What’s Inside

The kit includes an 830 tie-point breadboard for larger circuits and a 400 tie-point board for smaller add-on circuits, both standard 2.54mm pitch and compatible with any 0.1-inch component or module. The power supply module plugs directly onto a breadboard’s power rails and typically provides selectable 3.3V/5V output from either USB or a barrel-jack DC input, freeing the microcontroller from also having to source current for breadboard-side components. Alligator clip test leads and a battery clip round out the set for connecting external power sources or making quick temporary test connections without soldering.
