The LM350 is a 3-terminal adjustable positive voltage regulator IC, delivering up to 3A of output current with an output adjustable via just two external resistors.

LM350 – How It Works

Like the uA78GKC also in this catalog but with a higher 3A current rating, it uses an internal 1.25V reference and an external resistor divider to set any desired output voltage, with the same current-limiting and thermal-shutdown protection that makes adjustable linear regulators robust and versatile.

Its higher 3A current rating compared to the uA78GKC also in this catalog makes it the better choice for adjustable regulator applications needing more output current, such as small bench supplies.
