WAGO Connector SPL-82 Push-In Terminals for Cable Connection 2 In 8 Out

WAGO Connector SPL-82 Push-In Terminals for Cable Connection 2 In 8 Out

This is a WAGO SPL-82 push-in wire connector, a distribution-style connector: 2 wire(s) enter one side and are electrically joined to 8 outgoing wires.

How It Works

Unlike a traditional twist-on wire nut or soldered joint, a WAGO push-in connector uses an internal spring-clamp mechanism: stripping the wire end and simply pushing it into the port creates a secure, gas-tight electrical connection instantly, with no tools, twisting, or soldering iron required — the spring maintains constant contact pressure over time, resisting the loosening that can happen with a twist-on connector as it ages or vibrates.

Key Features

• Configuration: 2-In / 8-Out
• Tool-free push-in spring-clamp connection
• Model: SPL-82

Typical Applications

• Household and panel wiring junctions
• Lighting circuit distribution and splicing
• Quick, tool-free wire joining without soldering

Specifications

• Configuration: 2-In / 8-Out
• Connection Type: Push-in spring-clamp

Always strip wires to the length marked on the connector body — too short a strip won’t make reliable contact, while too long a strip can leave bare conductor exposed outside the connector. Browse our full range of wire connectors.
