These policies are designed to make every order clear, fair, and trusted from the moment you place it until you receive it.
Return & Exchange Details
Returns are accepted if the product received does not match the product ordered from the website. If you receive a wrong product, incorrect item, or a product that is clearly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the case and help you.
Exchange is available if it is confirmed by our team that there is something described or shown on the product page that does not exist in the actual product. The product should be in its original condition, with all included accessories, packaging, and invoice when applicable.
Delivery & Payment Details
Electrolik delivers to all governorates across Egypt. Standard delivery usually takes from 2 to 4 days, depending on the governorate, courier schedule, holidays, and order confirmation time.
Free delivery is available for orders over 1500 EGP as a permanent offer.
For orders inside Cairo, customers may request faster delivery through inDrive Scooter when available. This option is arranged by the customer, and payment must be completed first through Instapay. inDrive Scooter delivery is not available as Cash on Delivery.

يتم قبول الاستبدال إذا تم التأكد من خلالنا أن هناك معلومة أو تفصيلة مذكورة أو ظاهرة في صفحة المنتج ولكنها غير موجودة في المنتج الفعلي. ويفضل أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، ومعه جميع الملحقات، التغليف، والفاتورة إن وجدت.
